FAQ

A few common questions for mail-in repairs.

Typically yes—diagnostics covers time to identify the fault and determine repair options. If you proceed with repair, we can apply it toward labor (your call).

We’ll tell you what we found and return the device (or dispose of it if you request). Diagnostic fees may still apply due to bench time.

Depends on complexity, parts availability, and queue. Include your deadline in the inquiry and we’ll be honest about feasibility.

Often yes, but success depends on how far damage spread. The sooner it’s handled, the better the odds.
If you have a weird one, describe it anyway—half the fun is the oddball repairs.
